Return Policy

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and you may wish to return it. As long as the item is in its original condition, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. None of the conditions below affect your statutory rights.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be returned in their original state, including all labels, tags, and packaging.
• Returned products must show no signs of use.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns if an item appears to have been used or has been damaged through circumstances beyond our control.
• Customized framed shirts can not be returned.
• Shipping costs are non‑refundable.

How to Return an Item

Please contact us by email before sending your return so we can assist you with the process.

All return shipments must include a Track & Trace code. You are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us, so make sure it is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. We strongly recommend keeping proof of postage in case you need to follow up about your return.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days using your original payment method.
